We teamed up with Arvin Jagonia of Strive Success Solutions to take his self-hosted automation, the one that needed someone to manually set up every single new user, and turn it into Networking Copilot. It is a proper SaaS that onboards people automatically and is built to scale.
Every good networker knows the feeling. You leave an event with a pocket full of business cards and every intention of following up, and then real life gets in the way. The cards sit on the desk, the momentum fades, and warm introductions quietly go cold.
Arvin had lived this problem for years, and he was certain other serious networkers had too. The gap wasn't a lack of contacts, it was the tedious, easy-to-skip work of capturing, sorting and following up on them. That was worth building a real product around.
Arvin had already proven the idea. His self-hosted tool worked, and people wanted it. The catch was onboarding. Every new user meant someone hand-editing the drag-and-drop automation to set that account up, which was fine for a handful of people but impossible once he wanted to grow.
So we rebuilt it into a real SaaS on Next.js, Supabase and Stripe, with onboarding that runs itself. Users sign up and are set up instantly, with no one working away behind the scenes. Same great concept, now built to scale.
The whole system was designed around a single moment, the handshake, and everything that should happen after it. Here's what powers it.
After an event, the user drops a photo of a business card into a chat with one line of context. The AI instantly pulls out the details, enriches the lead, scores it against the user's ideal network and drafts an intro email. Nothing is saved or sent until the user says yes, the human stays in charge of every contact and every message.
What once meant configuring every single account by hand now happens automatically the moment someone signs up. Every user gets a proven follow-up sequence out of the box, and they can tweak it themselves in a visual drag-and-drop builder, no manual setup, no waiting on us.
Approved contacts land in a proper CRM with pipeline stages, so nothing slips through. Reminders and follow-ups then send automatically from the user's own Gmail or Outlook, which means they arrive looking exactly like something the user sat down and wrote themselves, because, in every way that matters, they did.
This is a genuine SaaS, not a clever prototype. It's multi-tenant, with live Stripe billing across tiers, discount codes and a built-in retention offer for members thinking about leaving. It installs as a progressive web app, so it sits on the home screen and behaves like a native app.
Behind the scenes, a private directors' dashboard gives the team a clear read on how the product is performing. And because it's built on solid foundations, adding the next feature or automation is a normal day's work rather than a rescue mission.
This one was a true collaboration. Arvin Jagonia of Strive Success Solutions came in as an AI automation partner and co-founder, bringing the lived understanding of the problem and the vision for the product.
InterMeta brought the engineering to make it real and scalable. Two teams, one product, and a working relationship that made the hard architectural calls easy to make together.

"It started as a fragile drag-and-drop automation. It's now a real SaaS that grows every time we add to it." , On building Networking Copilot together
Networking Copilot went from a proof-of-concept automation to a fully functional, scalable SaaS that serious networkers actually pay for and rely on. Serious networkers get their follow-up handled without losing the personal touch, and the platform has all the room it needs to keep adding features and automation for a long time to come.
